Morten Andersen, one of the best kickers in NFL history, has made it into the hallowed halls of Saintdom.

The Saints Hall of Fame honored two great professionals today. One who’s still doing the job, the other who probably still could be.

Future NFL Hall of Famer Morten Andersen will be the 2009 inductee on Nov. 6. His credentials are impeccable. In the first 13 seasons of his career, Andersen went to six Pro Bowls as a Saint.
